Healthy Sleep?
How many hours of sleep is required everyday for a healthy body. I believe the quality of sleep is as important as the quantity of sleep. Sound sleep for 4 hours sometimes refreshes you much more than 8 hours of sleep full of disturbances. I find that when I am too tired even a nap of 5 mins refreshes me enough to go on for few hours more. But I sleep at least 10 hours a day. Somehow I feel lethargic if I get less sleep. How many hours do you sleep every day and what do you think should be the right time for your sleep?
How Do You Shut Your Brain Off At Night So You Can Sleep?
This is something that's driving me absolutely nuts. I start to feel tired, I look at my clock, and i decide that if I actually want to get up in the morning, I'd better put the computer away, and go to sleep. Problem is, all the interesting things in my head end up keeping me awake. I'm thinking of things I want to do tomorrow, I'm thinking about work, how to get a few more bucks in the bank, interesting things I want to write (I'm always writing), and now an idea that my husband tossed around today, to expand our writing careers. I can't shut my thoughts off, but I know I need to. How do you shut your mind off, so that you can get some sleep at night?
When is enough enough
Okay now im just throwing this out there but when is enough sleep? I know the old saying is 8 hours is perfect but this isn't a perfect and there are times when even after 8 hours you still feel exhausted and tired? so how can one sleep enough to get enough energy back for the next time. ive been living on 5 hours of sleeps for the past few months and some days its more than enough others it's like nothing.
Do you sleep in time?
hi, are you sleeping in time every day..Being frank I should say no..I dont sleep in time always..I work till late night. and go to sleep at 1 or 2am. I used to be like this and now even if i finish my job before also am not getting sleep.. what about you? you also facing the same problem? or going to bed in the right time all the days?Do share...Have a great day..and a nice sleep

Hi there, Lately i still feel sleepy in the mourning at work, It stared last two weeks ago after my cousins burial, i feel that i am always sleepy even i sleep enough. how many hours sleep do you try to get?
We all should sleep at least 6 hours to feel refreshed and able to tackle the day ahead.. i need 7 hours sleep, anymore then 8 hours sleep and i can wake up feeling more tired, as would over-sleepAs we get older i think we don't need to sleep for as long.. i known people that can go a whole weekend with NO sleep, and just party. I have been all night with no sleep but feeling very tired the next day by afternoon and just kept falling asleep which is not good and bad sleeping habit.How about you? what is your sleeping habit, how many hours sleep you try to get and can you go nights without sleep?
Watching TV could easily put me to sleep.
Watching TV is my way of getting to sleep easily. I will just turn on the TV and lie on my bed and soon I will go to my sleep. My son said I want to do two things at a time, sleeping while watching. How about you, do you also do the same or you have better way of putting yourself to sleep?

Make free mind from all your personal tensions and stress and go to bed take sound sleep, if you are missing you sleep many health problem can create,so leave all the tensions and get sound sleep.It may disturb some times your sleep due to work load or boss pressures, but forget about the daily activites and get the sleep,I do the same.Do you have any problems with sleep?
What Do You Do When You Cannot Fall Asleep?
Hello, my dear friends. It is now 4:21 in the morning, but I am still unable to fall asleep. I think that it is because of my long afternoon nap from two till six. I went to bed at around one in the morning, but I could not fall asleep and then I got up to mylot for a little while. I am afraid that I will be exhausted tomorrow morning because of not having enough time to sleep during the night. I think that I will have to lie in bed again to try my luck.What do you usually do when you cannot fall asleep at night?Or have you ever had the same experience as I have had?Thanks for your response in advance.
